OCT 25. Nike Kobe 8 “Mine Grey” – Release Date

The Nike Kobe 8 “Mine Grey” release date is November 30th, 2013. It appears that the mine grey choice will be a popular one for Nike Basketball towards the tail end of 2013, as there are pairs of the Nike LeBron 11 and the Nike KD 6 that are also prepared to don that tone. Unfortunately all we can give you a glimpse at so far is the Kobe 8 pair, one that also uses bits of purple and red to round out the shoes. Get the full view below and remember to mark this release on your calender if you plan on purchasing.

OCT 25. Nike Salbolier Mid – Photo Blue – Black

As of late the Nike ACG category has been particularly bold with its use of Swoosh branding. Of course every pair is going to have that logo on it somewhere, but the current crop still feels pretty distant from the days of the Mowabb and the Magma wherein it was fairly down played. Aligning the group with that style a bit more is the new Nike Salbolier Mid, a boot that slaps a pretty miniscule Swoosh on its side panel. Continue reading to get familiar with the shoes in this photo blue on black colorway and stay tuned for their imminent release.

OCT 25. Nike Air DT Max ’96 GS – Vivid Pink – Metallic Silver – Black

Lately the Nike Air DT Max ’96 is a shoe that has been slanted a bit towards the GS set. We get it with this particularly colorway, as we can imagine the supercharged vivid pink version would have a lot less appeal as a men’s sneaker. On top of that the shoes wear a bit of metallic silver in the accents and some blacks to play the background. Continue reading to get a full set of images on this new pink pair of the Nike Air DT Max ’96 and watch for them now at select NSW accounts like Sneaker Politics.

OCT 23. Air Jordan 5 “Cobra Commander” Customs by JBF & Sekure D

JBF Customs is a customizer who is used to working with other big names in the realm, having previously produced quite the team up with Mache. This time it’s a cross-continental affair as he enlisted Australia’s Sekure D to outfit this “Cobra Commander” style Air Jordan 5 with some of his signature comic-book graphics. Take a look at the results after the break, which are complete with the standard snakeskin, and then tell us in the comments if this team up is greater than the sum of its parts.

OCT 23. Jordan Spiz’ike iD “OG Print”

The addition of the Jordan CP3.VII to NIKEiD isn’t the only new thing to hit that platform today. Also making its debut is the original Spiz’ike print on the Jordan Spiz’ike iD. We’re not sure why it took so long to give the model that wavy font pattern that first appeared on the shoes. The good thing is that you don’t have to totally commit to it across the upper-the selection still lets you separate the wings with a different choice if you want. Continue reading for a couple quick mock ups and then make your own over at NIKEiD today.

OCT 23. Oshman’s x New Balance 1600

The New Balance 1600 has played a role in a couple of packs of late, starting with the Propaganda edition and most recently in the Mugshot pack.  This 1994 runner is starting to gain some serious traction, and with the aid of collaborations like UBIQ’s ‘Benjamin’ and the new one pictured above, it’s only a matter of time before this previously obscure silhouette assumes its rightful place among the pantheon of NB classics.  Guest designer Oshman’s contributes its own legacy, outfitting the 1600 in navy and black with contrast stitching and golden eyelets.  They’re dropping this Saturday in Asia, and apparently Detroit’s Burn Rubber will also have some sizes as well.

OCT 22. Nike Air Max 90 “Camo Country” Japan

The “Camo Country” Air Max releases look to be extending beyond the group of European countries originally pointed to by the set. Also on its way is a duo of Japan flavors, with the Nike Air Max 90 and the Nike Air Max 95 making up the group. Unfortunately these photos obscure the insole, which in previous editions sported a flag hit pointing to the connected nation. Stay with us after the break for a more complete look at the Nike Air Max 90 “Camo Country” and let us know how they compare to the rest of the pairs.
